Shipping Policy

Ensuring customer satisfaction has always been our utmost priority. Our primary goal is to assure that customer shipments are delivered safely and within the allotted time interval.

Our team closely monitors all packages from dispatch until their successful delivery to customers. We hope to build trust and bring smiles to our customers’ faces with each delivered order.

Shipping Procedure

Product(s) will be shipped from Australia to our warehouse facility. The products(s) are then thoroughly examined at our warehouse facility before they are dispatched to our customers. We carry out timely delivery of these shipments using 3rd party courier services that deliver orders to customers on our behalf. We do our best to ship your order fast, there can be situations which may take 2-3 business days to dispatch the order. In the event where unexpected catastrophes erupt, we will inform you by email and/or phone call, so that you will be updated on the situation.

For customers in Sri Lanka –

Once you place your order with us, we will make our best efforts to make and deliver it to the shipping address provided within 30 – 35 working days (Customs delay might occur)

International Shipping – 

We accept international orders from customers in over 250 countries. Email us at orders@onex.lk to find out further details.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

 

Shipping Charges:

The total shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page. The shipping charges vary depending on the product’s weight and size as well as on the selected shipping option. Shipping charges will change with each additional item that is added to your cart. Customers can save more on shipping by increasing their basket size instead of making single item orders.

Packing Constraints:

According to the international aviation organization’s norms and standards, products containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, liquid gases, oxidizing agents, and flammable solids are subject to packing constraints based on their volume. Your order will be delivered in multiple packages if it happens to contain such product(s).

Products Availability:

Onex strives to be compliant with laws and ensures that the product(s) meet the regulatory and safety requirements in the respective countries. However, not all product(s) listed on the Onex Website may be available for purchase in your respective country of destination. Onex makes no promises or guarantees as to the availability of any product(s) listed on the website as being available in the customer’s respective country of destination.

Delay Reasons

The estimated delivery window provided by Onex reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by:

Shipment Tracking:

Every order that we successfully dispatch will be accompanied with a Tracking Number and it will be communicated to you by an email. Please use this Tracking number along with your email address to track the status of your order. To see the detailed progress of your shipment, click on the “Track Your Order” link provided in the email or click “Track My Order” on the footer of this Site. As we process your order, the status will be updated accordingly.
