Shipping Procedure

Ensuring customer satisfaction has always been our utmost priority. Our primary goal is to assure that customer shipments are delivered safely and within the allotted time interval. Our team closely monitors all packages from dispatch until their successful delivery to customers. We hope to build trust and bring smiles to our customers’ faces with each delivered order.

All orders are processed within 25 to 35 business days in standard shipping method, within 12 – 18 days in air freight method and  7-12 days in express shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have an immediate return policy – therein please check your orders before accepting it from the delivery rider, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@onex.lk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
