It contains all your daily nutritional requirements, including 25 vitamins and minerals when you use three bars per day. Remember to maintain adequate fluid intake. We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water is consumed per day

Directions
Replace each meal with 1 bar 3 times a day.
