500 g lean Chicken Breast, diced
1 Onion (160 g), sliced
1 Red Capsicum (200 g), deseeded & sliced
100 g Snow Peas, trimmed & halved
2 tbsp (30 mL) Reduced Salt Soy Sauce

1 cup dry Rice
How To Cook:
1. Heat oil in wok on medium heat, add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add veggies and cook until soft.
