Customer Service Representative

Onex is looking for a customer service representative who will be responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other issues from customers and make sure they’re satisfied with their order and that they’ve had a great customer experience. You will be a key contributor to growing our business and will work very closely with our vendors, sales, and product management team.

This is a full-time, remote job, work from home!

Job Description:

  • Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
  • Assist in the processing of online orders quickly and while providing superior customer support via email, phone, social media channels or other online platforms
  • Researching product details or company policies to answer questions
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product related questions and suggesting information including pricing, availability, delivery options, shipping, returns, exchanges and order status
  • Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
  • Creating and maintaining records of customer interactions with the company or its affiliates
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Past working Experience in an E-commerce company is preferred, not a MUST
  • Detail-oriented and quick-thinking personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala and Tamil
  • A desktop computer or a laptop with stable internet connection

Job Details:

  • 100% remote company (we believe in trust and autonomy)
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (no exceptions)
